PeeWee Basketball League

League Description

This co-ed basketball program for preschool, kindergarten, and first grade children focuses on the fundamentals of dribbling, passing, offense, defense, teamwork, sportsmanship, and fun. The hour-long program features 30 minutes of practice and 30 minutes of game play on 6-foot baskets with a junior basketball. Volunteer coaches are needed.

Volunteer Coaches

  • Youth Basketball Coaches: Consider volunteering as a coach or official. We are in search of volunteers to work with our Pee Wee dribblers ages 5-6; 1st and 2nd Grade Dribblers;8-10 Year Old League; and Preteen 11-13 year old Basketball league. Staff will help you get started. 
  • Volunteers must be at least 16 years old with a general knowledge of the game. All volunteers having direct contact with children must obtain clearances prior to the start of their coaching season.
