No, but you have to pay a tap fee and sign up for Township sewer service before making the connection. Contact the Administrative Assistant for Public Works at 724-776-4806, x1500. A Road Occupancy Permit for Township roads, or a Highway Occupancy Permit for State roads, may also be required if the connection requires excavation under a public road.
