You must first check in at the Parks & Recreation desk and bring the release form to the class instructor, Nancy Triscuit. Each week we will focus on a different aspect of Yoga practice. Alignment and modification cues will emphasized and props can be used. Please join us – anyone can do yoga! Bring a Yoga mat. We do have a few extra mats, if needed.
