Sunday Morning Yoga, September 10, 17 and 24
We're celebrating National Yoga Month with a month of Sunday classes. Expect plenty of time to warm up the body for the invigorating vinyasa flows, mixed with longer holds, that will follow. Be prepared to sweat, but you are welcome to make the class as gentle or as challenging as you like.

There will be lots of opportunity towards the end of class for floor postures, leading to your final savasana. These classes are geared toward the yogi who has a basic knowledge of Yoga, but all are welcome.

Bring a yoga mat and water bottle. We do have a few extra mats if needed. Pre-registration required for Sunday classes online or during Parks & Recreation Customer Service hours.

The class fee is included in our Group Fitness Membership or pay per class, $8 for Residents; $10 for Non-Residents.
